8O Ten years? How old are you?!

AnnieDreams wrote:I'm confused, did "Light as a feather, Stiff as a board" actually do anything? I remember when I was younger someone telling me that it would work as long as the person being lifted didn't movie or speak at all.

 No, it most certainly didn't work. But children are gullible creatures, and believed that it did.

Nikki I think I played that crazy game you tried to describe on the first page.. I think we called it something like "grape bunch" or something RANDOM like that :wtf:

The best games were at recess... kill the carrier, robotic tag, pinecone wars... ahhhh.

Wow, I didn't play ANY of these games.

We played some weird game on the trampoline called Marco Polo, and then another, I can't quite remember but you had to jump over a person laying still in the middle and you jumped over them.

And kick the can. That's about it.

well, I wasn't sure if you meant that exactly. And, I might not be older than you, because if you'd like to do some math, the day olp released their first cd, I was 3.

Currently, I'm also 14.

I once participated in the most awesome game of kick the can ever. Let's say it resulted in two people being absolutely covered in mud

Oh, also, we made up a variation of duck duck goose called "cow cow spit-on-the-moose". I... I don't remember how. But we did. It was played similarly (cow... cow... cow... cow... moose!), except when the moose was chosen everyone had to spit in the middle of the circle, and the people who were running around got into a full-body fight when they crossed paths in order to win the seat. It was AWESOME. We had to play in a different part of the field every day cause of the spit

We used to play "New Kids On The Block"... we'd each be a member of the group. I was always forced to be Danny, or as we called him "Monkey Boy" (hey, we were young and not good at insulting nicknames yet :P).

I played a lot of grounders as child. well... actually, I only stopped recently...

When I was in grade five I made up a game (I believe with the help of my friend's older brother) where you'd get three items (either from your pocket or random non-gross trash) and the "it" person would hide them. Then the other players would have to find them and when they were all found, the person with the most would win. Or, if there were three people and they each had one, whoever took their item and went down the slide with it first.

I miss the park by my house
