Like a big dance. They're illegal. Lots of flashing lights and techno music. Mostly just teenagers who go, and theres *lots* of drugs at them, hahaha.

they have outdoor raves in toronto all the time
crazyness .. my friend went to one on a boat
they have people there with e test kits and everything else

we have an ecstasy bar in niagara falls
doesn't open until like midnight, and they only sell water
you just dance or chill on the couches
