ESPECIALLY not with socks.
Socks with sandals. Shudder.
And I mean the big lumpy sweat socks, not the really thin semi-transparent socks that you kinda have to wear to not get the straps to seriously slice through your foot.

My crazy science teacher wears socks with sandals every single day. 
My music teacher usually just walks around the class bare footed, cause it's carpeted. I don't like feet.

Seriously, what's the POINT of wearing socks with sandals? The reason to wear sandals is because it's HOT outside and you want your feet to stay cool. Socks completely defeat the purpose.

Socks w/ sandals = much much much less hot than socks w/ shoes. (as in, if you want your feet to be cooler than in shoes, socks and sandals is cooler)
