Smashmouth opened up for U2 and they were all dressed up as brides of Frankenstein. And U2... well, on the Popmart tour they dressed up every night.

Where did you see Maroon 5?

The Halloween show was in Philly. :D (We just saw them again in Gettysburg, though.) It was hilarous. Adam (lead singer) was in drag wearing all the girly Maroon 5 merch (including some red short shorts under the sweatpants he had on at first ), James (guitar) was in doctor's scrubs, Jesse (keyboards) was Teen Wolf (remember that movie?), Mickey (bass) was Peter Pan (complete with tights! ), and Ryan (drums) was a ghost (sheet with holes for his eyes, and drummer arms flailing out from below the sheet ). Nothing like going to a concert then laughing almost the whole time cos the band looks ridiculous.

  How did we go from Mike sending an Email to first concerts( I do know the answer) I just thought it was funny.

:spam:
Halloween shows. They had Marilyn Mansion play here a few years back. The Foo Fighters played a few years ago. I went to shows on Halloween 2 times. Cheap Trick in 1998. I went with friends. I was dressed like Magenta(rocky horror) My friend's husband was a Devil and she was an Angel.

in 1999, My friend and I were in Miami on vacation. The radio station there had a concert. Foo Fighters were headliners. Some of the outfits were funny, or cute. There was this couple who were the dressed like a Prision Warden and Prisioner. I always think the couples dressing in a theme is cute. This guy was dressed like Gene Simmons. He came up on stage and spit the blood. Dave goes thanks dude, all over my $600 shirt. It was amusing.

I went to my first show when I was 14. My friends father took us to it. My first show by myself(with just another friend) was when I was 17.

Denied Junkie. Can't believe you got to see Nirvana. I never got to see them. I have a few friends who did though. The first time they played around here was a very small place and it sold out. The time I was going to go, I had tickets for something else. My friend said that they weren't that great live so I didn't go to that show. unfortunately Kurt died shortly afterwards. I never saw them, but I got to meet them in 91 or 92 when they did SNL for the first time.

I tend not to listen to that friend about shows much after that.

Did you guys see on R/S site about Jamie suppositely playing in a new band? One of the guys in it is Rob Higgins(Duncan's understudy on tour  )

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again
