I dont think he was purposely trying to drop, or mock dropping, his baby that day. I truely think he was trying to show it to the fans. However, he does lack common sense. No one in the right mind dangles a baby over a fucking 10 story building....what if he accidentally dropped it.

I know he wasn't intentionally trying to drop his baby ... but nobody is stupid enough to dangle a baby off a balcony ..

definitely..if he's guilty, he's guilty, but until anyone has actual evidence then just devote your time to something worth caring about.

But the fact of the matter is, it's a story of a little boy saying "that man touched me," and because that man is a star, everyone makes him out to be evil. I mean, if he did it, then by all means, he should be arrested, but we don't know this. Until there's proof, I want to be skeptical on the situation, at best. You'd be surprised how much the influence of a parent can be...

Oh no doubt .. especially with the media asking others to come forward ... any moron off the street can come in and say 'yeah he touched me' ...

Don't bitch at me for this, but just listen because this is the closest its gotten THUS far:
The day the sheriffs searched Neverland Ranch, a locksmith also accompanied them. Michael is known to have a massive sized safe in the ranch.....
Locksmith + Ranch = Evidence
LINK: The locksmith left only moments before the investigators did, and thus shortly there-after, the arrest warrant was made.
Safe??? I'm thinking possibly pictures, videos, he obviously had something to hide.

according to VH1 they took pictures and videos and that safe as evidance as the warrent went out for his arrest. Which is a little scary.

Everyone keeps saying that he "almost dropped" his baby, but the from clips of footage I've seen from that day, it doesn't look like that's what happened. Are people badly exagerating or did it just not show that part on whatever I was watching? 'Cause to me it looked like he had a pretty tight hold on the kid, nowhere near dropping him. From what I know, I think that the whole thing was blown way out of proportion.. It was a stupid thing to do, but everyone does stupid stuff
I just noticed that I've been trying to stay neutral on this topic, but every post I've made so far has been more-or-less defending Michael Jackson..

If you ever saw your neighbor hold their baby outside their window they would be charged with child endangerment.
In fact, I don't know why he wasn't.

I meant how much media coverage it got and how much it was talked about and still is.. Just two or three weeks ago I saw it in a magazine again.. but I didn't really say that's what I meant in my post..

Yeah I saw the footage of the baby balcony thing .. plus didn't Michael admit to being scared he had almost dropped his kid and apologized? It looked scary .. I mean the crowd gasped and expected the baby to fall

FoxNews reported yesterday (Sunday) morning that it is now believed that investigators found "love letters" written from Michael to this 12 year old boy.
Oh........my.................GOD
Heres a valid point that somebody made. I dunno what I was watching, but somebody was interviewing the uncle of the boy who settled out of court back in 1993. The interviewer asked this,
"If you folks were so SURE that Michael was guilty, why did you simply settle out of court rather than putting the nail in the coffin?" EXCELLENT QUESTION: why would they settle out of court? If they were able to nail him for it, SOMEthing might have gotten done back in 1993, and it also probably would have DEEPLY lessened the chances that THIS time would have happened.
Funny enough: the dude really had no comment.....he said the family would have felt bad dragging him through court proceedings. My ass! All they thought about was themselves, and not any future kids that Michael might have been able to touch.

FoxNews eh? hmmm....
I think I'm saying his innocent until proven otherwise, and that's what I'm sticking to.
