Coming from Minnesota.........and having a hometown team that people can RESPECT at their accomplishments with such a low amount of dough to cough out, I so freaking have to agree with what Ben Affleck said about the Yankees:
"The Yankees represent all the things that the people of Boston detest....arrogance and holier-than-thouness, and a kind of a uppity sense of 'we're better than everyone else,' "
he also called the Yankees "a deplorable, detestable franchise"
ALL OF THAT IS SOOOOOO TRUE........live in NY and you'll see how rediculous Yankee fans are. I was at the bar that night that the RedSox/Yanks game got rained out, and a group of guys showed up to watch the game. When my best friend (the bartender) told the guys the game was cancelled, they freakin started BITCHIN and got on their cell phones bitchin to whoever they were talkin to.
Yanks fans are uptight, piss N moan, fairies....

I went to a horrible Football game friday.
almost all my home towns lost or played awful.
UH lost
Notre Dame lost
Arkansas lost (i was starting to like them)
Jackie Sherill announced he was going to retire
FSU played like crap.
Raiders lost
Texans lost
Miami lost
Detroit lost
my fantasy football team tied.
man, when monday came i was like thank god it's monday.
