I didn't like Starseed the first couple times I heard it, same with Car Crash and Potato Girl, now they're some of my favourite songs. (especially Starseed). Is it safe has yet to grow on me. I just don't like that song.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

I never have, and never will like Innocent.
I don't know why....but its the only OLP song I don't love.
Hmm..

Guy: Her locker's down the hall, I've counted 17 from mine.
Girl: Does he see me? Does he even know that I'm close by?
Guy: We're in the hallway, always at half past nine.
Girl: Would he ever get to know me? Would he take the time?

I used to like Life. Then it became a single and everyone thought it was "OLPs best song OMGZ its like so good turn it up now!!!!1one". So, I kinda hated it.

Now that SOT, Innocent and MoS have come out, I'm liking Life again.

I have never liked Made of Steel.
It makes Innocent sound like gold in comparison.
I feel so dirty for insulting them, but its probably the only track that I skip every time I listen to gravity.

I usually ignored MOS before it was a single, and it got really annoying as a single.. For some reason when I thought of the chorus for MOS, I mixed it with the chorus for Sorry:

I'm not made of steel
But your secret's safe with me
I'm sorry
I can't lie...

Don't ask why. :freak:

I'd say about half of their songs grew on me. But that was because before I was really into olp, I would hear my sister playing them. Then one day I was looking up stuff about them, and started playing a cd, when I discovered that i knew and loved almost all the songs of clumsy-sm (my sister didn't used to play naveed)

hey i like every song they've written, all of them are different so there's variety and it never gets old or boring. theyre very talented, being able to do that.
How is it that a great band like Our Lady Peace doesn't get recognized as often as they should? Ha, I know the answer to that one; because they're good.
