sandsleeper wrote:yes i've got plenty. for starters, make a stir fry! stir fry up some nice fresh veggies (or the frozen kind) and go to the supermarket and buy some nice stirfry sauce. Or, if you're like me and you like it hot, go with the Indian curry sauce. then dice up your tofu and stir fry it seperately with some extra sauce. when finished mix together the veggies the sauce and the tofu. it's good i tell you, especially when served with rice.

and rob, tofu's made out of bean curd.

and if you really wanna get into the tofu thing let me know cause i have this awesome recipe for tofu balls.. heheh... but seriously. they're mm mmm good.

I've really gotta stop being lazy and start cooking myself more vegetarian food. I always read recipies and stuff that sound amazing, but I've never made any of them. *sigh*

I wanna go to Singapore.... no, not the country. There's a vegetarian Chinese place around here called Singapore. So good.

are you sure the food is not traditional food from Singapore? It wouldn't make much sense to name a place Singapore if it was Chinese. Why don't they just name it "China?"

maybe they're running out of names. i've seen enough Golden Seas and Lucky Dragons to last me a lifetime.

 That's a REALLY good point, but I'm pretty sure it's Chinese. They've got all the same foods that you get at a Chinese food place, just vegetarian. Lemme see if they have a website, maybe you're right. I'm curious now. *searches* Aha, you are correct!

Though, it is in Chinatown, interestingly enough. There's one closer to me in New Jersey, too. I didn't actually realize it was a vegan restaurant, I thought it was just vegetarian. Cool. :)
