I've really gotta stop being lazy and start cooking myself more vegetarian food. I always read recipies and stuff that sound amazing, but I've never made any of them. *sigh*
I wanna go to Singapore.... no, not the country. There's a vegetarian Chinese place around here called Singapore.

So good.

are you sure the food is not traditional food from Singapore? It wouldn't make much sense to name a place Singapore if it was Chinese. Why don't they just name it "China?"

maybe they're running out of names. i've seen enough Golden Seas and Lucky Dragons to last me a lifetime.

That's a REALLY good point, but I'm pretty sure it's Chinese. They've got all the same foods that you get at a Chinese food place, just vegetarian. Lemme see if they have a website, maybe you're right. I'm curious now. *searches* Aha, you are correct!

Though, it is in Chinatown, interestingly enough. There's one closer to me in New Jersey, too. I didn't actually realize it was a vegan restaurant, I thought it was just vegetarian. Cool.
