I saw this awesome tongue ring at the mall, .. the top ball was glow-in-the-dark and shaped like a pill.

I just bought a spacer and I'm currently stretching my 12 gauge to a 6 ... it's seriously painful ... meh, it shall all be worth it!

I really want to get the middle of my lip pierced. Anyone have any information on this? How painful, how much, healing, taking care of it, etc. My mom is considering, but needs a lot of information and I don't know where to get it.

The only way it would touch your teeth is if you accidently bite down on it (which rarely happens) or you deliberately chew on it .. after a few weeks you won't even know it's there anymore. Just make sure you get it done by someone who know's what they're doing and not some dive ..

Me and you seem to have alot in common! ya, ditto on the tongue piercing thing...it doesn't touch your teeth unless you bite down on it (which hurts, but happens very infrequently), and after the first 3 or 4 days, I hardly even noticed it anymore. I woke up and the throbbing was gone, it was like it wasn't even there. The pain only lasted for like 3-4 days again, and it's been awesome so far. I've had it for almost 1.5 years now...

and as for nose piercings....ewwwww, what a turnoff. I personally just dont like them at all. Some girls can pull them off, but most i find don't look very nice. If you're a guy, I suggest getting your tongue and not your nose done, it's so much more appealing.

I want a tattoo onmy lower back, and I'd love it to be OLP related (like alisons), but of course I'll never ever decide, I dont think i could make that kinda decision, I would probably regret it too soon after. I wanna get something more on my ear pierced, i have 2 holes, but I want like cartildge or something...my friend has her tragus, she had to get it done twice cause one side grew out :freak:

I had that piercing for about a month before I got a job and they made me take it out .. um I thought it hurt like a BITCH .. not to scare you off of it but for me personally it was painful .. the pain only lasts like a minute though .. once the ring is thru is okay .. I hated the healing process .. the ring they put on in the beginning is big to accomodate the swelling so once the swelling goes down your stuck with this huge ring until it fully heals and you can change it .. it kept hitting my teeth and was nearly impossibly to drink without drooling .. and when it was healing I had to clean it a lot cuz it got all crusty, yeah I know that's gross but it happens .. I think mine may have been a bit infected .. I loved it once it healed and I changed it to a small purple ring though. I still found it awkward to drink with it though .. never had the opportunity to kiss with it which I thought would be really awkward too .. I'd get it pierced again in a second if I wasn't working :D

Me too :D On my lower back I want a big butterfly cuz I love butterflies and my upper back I'm actually planning on getting the symbol for Life in Chinese to reflect my OLPness .. although I've heard a lot of people have done that  I'm actually doing it because that song holds special meaning for me and it cheapens it now because I know a lot of people have done it for no reason other than they saw the Life video and think olp is cool

Me too, getting anything pierced would never work for me cuz I'd freak when they came out with a big needle. Its hard enough for me to get a shot at the doctors in my arm.
