Ha, right smack in the middle of OLP's US tour they took the time to stop by Saskatoon,Sk and play. August 6th i think. (well mabye it wasnt smack in the middle i donno). Anyway it was great.. but i doubt they will schedule Saskatoon in again because they've already been here. Meaning they will probably skip Saskatchewan completely

. Oh well.. cant blame them.

1) I was acutally born in Flin Flon, lived in Snow Lake for a few years and then moved to Ontario. My mom went to University in Brandon and most of my family lives in Regina or Saskatoon now. I know where you're coming from!
Clumsyboy wrote: You ppl in Ontario are lucky they play quite a few shows in that province.

2) Ontario may get a lot of shows, but you have to realize that Southern Ontario is not all of Ontario. For Northerners such as myself, Thunder Bay was the only city within a day of driving that ever was blessed with OLP's presence. Southern Ontario certainly does get it's fair share of OLP shows, but there are a hundred times more people here than in the rest of the country. Can you imagine how hard it would be to get tickets to see an OLP show if they only played one city in Ontario? Yikes!
3) OLP will not skip Toronto. Or Saskatoon. Or Winnipeg. They can't claim to be carrying out a Canadian tour if they neglected those three very important Canadian urban centers.
4) OLP @ Saskatoon on August 6 = scariest OLP show ever. I thought I was going to die in the pit.

Yah the Pit in Saskatoon was fairly wild. And if it is true that OLP wont skip Saskatoon, then you made my day.

I'm sure they won't skip Saskatoon. I'm still considering flying out there for the show since my parents live there now. I'm also definitely planning to go to the Thunder Bay show. Is anyone else up for a road/air trip? I can't wait for the dates to be announced!

Might want to make that a suburb of Detroit, to be on the safe side.

WHEN OLP come to Montreal I hope they don't play the Bell (former Molsen) Centre. I will cry
Actually, I will jump for joy because I love them, but I want them to play Club Soda, Metropolis, or Spectrum.
I've been WAAAAY too spoiled with all the small venue US concerts. I've now seen them in large venues........6 times, and in small settings.......17 times.
Anna=spoiled.
But I'll be happy they're back no matter where it is.

I think OLP had a little conference and asked, "What would make Anna the happiest?"
The answer, her two favorite bands, together, in peson, live and loud. Lets tour with F11!!!!!!!
Or something.

Hahaha, no it's true, they are opening for the 4 or 5 dates they've announced already..Finger 11, Seether, and some band named Trailer Park (possibly "boys"? I dunno).
Hopefully they'll open for the rest of the tour too.

Gah! I can't believe how awesome this tour is going to be!! No Saskatoon date yet, but don't give up hope!!
I'm am so stoked that F11 is opening. It'll be weird to see them in an arena setting (presuming the shows are going to be in arenas) as I've only really seen them in clubs. I really miss those boys.

Why is the tour called, "Fear of the Trailer Park?" I don't get it.
