So it is a single, but for a "New collection of songs". Wonder what that means, an EP possibly?

Well judging by the snippets we have only heard 2 or 3 songs. Seems like an EP to me. But then again they've only been there for a few days. So who really knows.

I've moved the posts about Jeremy's departure to a new topic. Surely he his departure will still remain a relevant topic of discussion as the band continues working on new music, but let's all use the new thread when appropriate.

Really sad to see Jeremy go...but hopefully a change will energize the guys. I'd love to see them get back out and do a proper tour of the states in support of this new music.

I enjoyed it on first listen to Won't Turn Back. The DJs called it a summer song and were bobbing along to it.
Reminded me of As fast as you can.

What do you guys think of the single?

I think it's definitely a song that's meant to be a single. To me it sounds like OLP is heading towards a more mainstream direction, which would not be my preference but we'll see how the rest of the album sounds. I remember in Curve the song "As Fast As You Can" was quite different from the rest of the album

That being said I was pretty happy with the energy in Raine's voice. It sounded like he's singing his heart out in the chorus. A bit of falsetto in it too!

Honestly, on first listen I'm not too sure I was really bobbing my head. Wasn't really that into it. Obviously I'll have to listen to it more but still.

I listened live.... I don't know.... The production and layers are super fancy which I actually liked but I didn't get the feeling I got when I first heard Heavyweight at least or of course any of the old stuff.

Maybe a couple more listens will do.

I will wait for Josh's recording...however i listened to the song live on the radio...and this is super catchy (like someone told on Facebook) i think that the band will go in a "Gravity" direction...maybe they're trying to obtain international success again..and if they will promote this song in a proper way i think that this will be really famous around the world...unfortunately i'm not a fan of this type of music then i'm a bit disappointed but let's see how are other songs (if there are others!)...however i need to hear the song more times!
