Neutral Milk Hotel (even though you already approved them)
Magnetic Fields
Saturday Looks Good To Me
Islands/Unicorns
Television Personalities
And thank you for hating Emily Haines. I thought I was the only person alive that thought she was obnoxious and the least talented person in Broken Social Scene. Hell, I almost came to blows with my piano player in my band because he said I was a moron for thinking Emily Haines wasn't good.

Yes, it's Alan, if that's what you're thinking.
I've been here since December and I haven't even told anyone off....yet.
I figured you'd have picked up on who I was when I had the whole "Alan's Music Recommendations" thread going on. No one would post in there as much as download the stuff I put up, so I stopped trying to keep it alive.

I just ignore everyone else's musical tastes now. And because of that, I don't feel nearly as much anger. Heh.
And no, I haven't found any of the new Smog b-sides.
But make sure to dress sexy at my funeral, my good wife for the first time in your life.

i have a leak of her new one and it's frustrating the heck out of me.
sooooo much potential but half the songs are really annoying.

I've been holding off for the release date save a couple songs. I like them well enough, but there's some changes I don't know if I like (lyrical simplicity, addition of guitar)... We'll see.

i'm only allowing myself to listen to Fidelity and Better...
i like Fidelity, but Better is...oy...worse.
and yes, the lyrical simplicity and the guitar is something that's bugging me too. but it could work...i'll know when it comes.
