try craigslist I think they do Canada also. . People put up tickets on there or you can say you want tickets. Sometimes people have tickets and sell them for regualr price. We have gotten tickets off that for shows..

Yay for everyone who got tickets!!!
Sorry to the rest of you.
Here's a tip for the future. If you're buying online, don't just wait until it's the exact time they're supposed to go on sale. Hit refresh regularly starting a few minutes BEFORE that time. The chances of your clock being off are high, plus they almost never go on sale exactly when they're supposed to.

I hit refresh so many times before 10AM then it worked and so I spent no more then 5 seconds from seeing it ready to hitting look for tickets.

Can I just say how freakin awesome the CM community is?
First, I hear about Jon's (PeaceEleven) good deed to Jay (Jay84) with the tickets that Jay had been dying to get... and now me.
Nam freakin rocks. I was so down in the dumps when I didn't get tickets to the Mod Club show on Friday... but some people are just freakin awesome. Instead of putting up his other ticket on eBay (where he could easily make hundreds) after his buddies couldn't make it, Nam offers me the ticket since he heard I didn't get one. I'm still in shock that I am actually going to the show! I'm taking the train on Monday at 2:00pm (after working an eight hour day), arriving in Toronto around 5:45pm, then arriving at the venue around 6:15pm. Then, after the show is over, I have a bus to catch back to Windsor at 1:00am so I can make it to work the next day. August 29-30 is definitely going to be the most joyous/hectic/memorable couple days of my life... all thanks to Nam. Thanks again Nam!

Way to go Nam, awesome good deed. There are people on Craiglist offering to trade tix to the Mod Club show for floor seats to see U2.
