The bass didn't seem overwhelming in the front where I was. Oh yeah I forgot to tell you guys, my friend caught a Jeremy drumstick and I caught a guitar pick. I think the pick was steve's but I'm not sure. It's yellow and says OLP on it and has a girls face on the back.

I agree with the comment about Waited. There was just so much incredible energy with the crowd shouting the lyrics back at Raine. Made me appreciate the song even more than I did before.

Clumsy was an interlude with Mr. Tamborine Man by Bob Dylan and also an alternate intro. 4AM started off with acoustic guitar and the audience singing, then they paused for about 10 seconds, and blasted into the full rock ensemble for the solo. Right before they played Superman's Dead, Raine asked us "Are you happy?". I yelled back "Are you sad?", but he didn't hear, and he didn't play the song. Still Al Genia was a very fair trade. During In Repair, Raine took someone's digital camera and started taking picture of himself. And he climbed up one of the gigantic speakers at the side of the stage. I forget during which song, but wow. It was amazing. I sang every single song, and I couldn't speak afterwards.
Best concert experience ever.

dammit that sounds amazing.

Well, I dunno if now Steve's using the new picks they ordered now... but that sounds like one of Raine's. Sarag got a bunch of Raine's in New Haven and they were yellow (and white), and she got one of Steve's, too, and it was still a green turtle Dunlop pick.

I wonder if we'll ever get to see the pictures Raine took on random person's digital camera. :lol:

Yeah, the levels weren't the greatest. The bass rattled your ribcage, and the vocals weren't very audible. If I wasn't a fan I probably wouldn't be able to pick up many of the lyrics. But that didn't come anywhere near close enough to ruining my experience.

These are the photos from my digital camera.

Here are my friends and I waiting with some people outside the venue.

Here is (from left to right) my friend Joe, Jeremy, me, and my friend Ryan.

Here are some pictures of Joel when he was doing the Pedestrian stuff.

This picture is blurry but I think that gives it a cool effect.

My friend took the rest of these and sadly, most of them are of Raine. I'm pretty sure I got a few of Duncan and Joel on my disposable camera but I still have to get those developed and I dont know how well they'll turn out.

I think Steve is smiling in this one.

This is of Raine when he climbed on top of these speakers that were on the right side of the stage.

You can see Raine's funky shoe pretty well in this one.

This one is of Raine playing his acoustic during Superman's Dead.

actually the pick Raine probalby uses is the orange one that says OLP on one side and has the female face on t e other.( they are the ones taped up on Jeremy's drum kit in front) As soon as I get a scanner Iwill show you it. It is so pretty. It is just one eye winking, one closed and lips on one side and says OLP on other. I forgot what was underneath it. Some site. Also Steve has the black picks that say Steve on them. He hasn't really been using them much, but they have been taped to the piano.

the yellow ones are the old ones,, The orange one I got is the new picks.( i think ) cuase I never saw those before..

So... I have the photo Raine took of himself (he didn't actually take any others of the crowd or anything on the digital camera)... but I'm not allowed to post it, at least not yet.

Let's hope my buddy's friend gives me the ok.

(Yeah, how weird is it that I know the guy who was with the girl who's digital camera it was that Raine grabbed? :freak:

During one part of the concert, I looked over at Steve and saw he was looking at me and the girls next to me. So I pointed at him and he smiled.
