I bought Kung Pow and Requiem for a Dream today...Wow, two COMPLETELY different movies. I need to buy Fight Club and Empire Records too... Didn't feel like spending all my money all at once...

Requiem amazes me. I am glad I own it. I made my dad watch it. He didn't speak to me for a week.

I only felt bad for the mom. She didn't know what she was getting into, even though her son told her about the pills. The three heroin junkies got themselves into that game. Whenever I see that movie, it always brings me down. Then I think of Jennifer Connelly with the big black guy. Then I am ok.

rob - it's basically the story of 4 people and how drugs affect their lives. it's really sad.
