Sick Find
Only when one has near endless hours to explore the vast depths of the Internet can such juicy nuggets of novelty be uncovered.
In perusing the Canadian online newspaper, Canoe (Which for some reason included a list of the top 25 guitar riffs of all-time on Wednesday that included the likes of Steppenwolf’s ‘Born to be Wild’ and Survivor’s ‘Eye of the Tiger’), I found a story from 2006, in which Raine Maida, the lead singer of Our Lady Peace and his wife, Canadian Idol contestant Chantal Kreviazuk, accused former Yankees right fielder Danny Tartabull of squatting in their house in California. Kreviazuk called Tartabull a “serial real-estate scammer,” and suggested that “he must have interesting karma.”
What makes this hilarious amalgam of moderately famous people even funnier is the fact that nearly every Google search result for ‘Danny Tartabull AND Raine Maida’ included the same paragraph about the incident, verbatim:
“In September 2005 it was reported in The New York Post that Tartabull is being sued by Our Lady Peace frontman Raine Maida and his wife Chantal Kreviazuk for not paying for the house he agreed to buy from them. In essence, the couple are calling Tartabull a squatter.”

BTW here is the query. The "IS NULL" was the key I think.
("MIN_AGE" <379>=379.1) AND( AGR_ST_RES IS NULL ) OR( AGR_ST_RES = 'PRIMARY TERM' ) AND( TRT_TRM_DT >= TO_DATE('2011-01-12 00:00:00','YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS') ) AND( TRT_TRM_DT <= TO_DATE('2011-12-31 23:59:00','YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS') ) AND( TYPE LIKE '%LIC%')
