My poor puppy had a traumatizing experience at the vets today .. he had blood drawn from one paw, got a needle in the butt, had fingers shoved up his butt, and almost took a nose dive off the table thing not once but twice AND he was told he's fat .. poor guy

My mommy is a vet! But all dogs love her, because she loves all dogs.

Listen to your vet, fat dogs = heart disease, arthritis, and early death.

You want your puppy to live for a loooooooooong time!

My dog is dumb as a post

Thus far she has barked at her own reflection, ran into a glass sliding door, routinely runs screaming at nothing when we tell her to, rolled down the stairs, had our cat latch on to her nose and dragged it around the house, gotten skunked, fled from three week old puppies, eaten crayons, ran around in circles in sync with an overhead fan... and I think there's some more :neutral:

And she's a pure-bred sheltie, so she's not supposed to be dumb :freak:

my dog hates the vet. He's tried to bit the vet so they have to put a muzzle on him

my dog is fat too. i tell my parents not to feed him so much, but they don't listen.

yeah i've had that argument with my parents too. but my dad especially refuses to believe that he's fat because of all the dog treats he feeds him.

my dog's a doby. pic of her in Photos at Random. she doesnt like getting her nails clipped because my mom did it once and cut off a little too close and it took forever to get the nail to stop bleeding. dobe's are known to be hemophiliacs. i seirously think my dog thinks she is a human.

funny story that... my dog has a tendency to roll onto her back whenever people go to pet her, wants her tummy rubbed, y'see? so one morning she was laying at the top of the stairs and I go to pet her and... wump. :freak:

I did the same thing to my dog .. first time I tried to cut his nails I hurt him and now he won't let me do it .. won't let the vet do it either .. only person who he'll let clip his nails is our groomer .. he's spoiled .. gets his spa days every few months :nod:
