I was up a 4am again

My mother is forcing food down my throat.

My friend says my Christmas present rocks. I am very excited to get it. Now my present to her is gonna suck in comparison.

I feel like I am the only person that hates christmas. I would be much happier without it. ack.

Well.. i love christmas so im sorry if that makes you hurl. I also love the music and always will. I find it sad that a lot of people feel depressed on Christmas or dislike it. Why do you hate it? Im not putting down your oppinion or anything, im just trying to understand your view point.

I could talk about why its a commerical profit making holiday that has no significant value anymore other then promoting materialism and what not but that isnt really why I hate it, and I likely wont say why I hate it.

It can't say I hate it, because I enjoy the all play, no work holiday I'm given. I guess my feelings on the matter are mixed. But fuck, I've always hated the music. If anything, it gets me out of the spirit.

Yeah a lot of what Xmas is, is fake. I know exactly where your comming from when you say that, but to say it has no worth is to leave out a significant group of people who still celebrate Christmas for religous reasons. ( I being one of them). Who knows, mabye you hate it for the religous reasons as well. But if not i understand why you'd hate if for its commercialism.

Me and my girlfriend broke up last week. Now she's coming over after work tonight to give me my Christmas present. I have no gift to give her. That means she will probably leave here upset and crying again and I will continue to feel like a worthless piece of garbage. Someone just kil me please.

just pretend like no ones home. then she will be waiting outside and not inside to feel bad about not getting anything.

I like Christmas music.

I hate most aspects of Christmas as well .. I can't stand Christmas music. I do enjoy all the pretty lights on the houses though and seeing the Christmas tree all lit up .. lots of stuff about the damn holiday piss me off though. If I had children it would be different .. buying for kids and decorating the snow with m&m's for the reindeer to eat and doing all that fun stuff to make Christmas special for them .. all that stuff would make the holidays more fun .. I'm too old for Christmas to be fun anymore, to me it's so fake how 'friends' want to get together for dinner like 1 day out of the year .. where the fuck were you the other 364 days?

i like christmas but it just isn't the same anymore. i think it's cause i grew up and moved out of the house.

it's even going to be weirder this year because my mom got married and we moved out of the house that i grew up in.

and i just mess it up for everybody cause i don't like people to buy me christmas gifts.
