I didn't say they helped me either. I just said this is what the article said. My sleep is so bad that I keep a sleep journal.I know I am going to have to seek Medical advice soon. It really is effecting me. I just never realized it was tied to lack of sleep.

there is this one thing
everytime i walk by these shiny things.. theres a guy there.. he scares me.. a lot.. i threatened him with my cane once.. but he threatened back.. so i yelled at the bastard.. he didnt say anything.. but his mouth was moving.. i think the government got to him.. big time.. but im not sure.. all i know is that guy is one pugfugly bastard
