Well, I'ld like to get the guitar store to apply a clear new finish to my axe. Thats where the porblems begins. The new finish may react with the signatures which may result in damaga. It also is going to be costly.
OR
I could buy some cheap clear stick on pick guards which will go over the sigs, but it will look tacky.
OR
I could just put the guitar in a displlay case but, I like playing it.

I'd go with the case for it, and just pull it out every now and then to play. You've already got like 5 LP's, so finding a good guitar to play won't be hard.

I had a bass guitar for two months.
I picked it up surprisingly quickly, but couldn't afford to keep it.
It was a Fender Jazz.
Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!

Yup, Tis true mate.
I had to get rid of my LPs. My telecaster and some fo my effects.
All I got now is my Yamaha AES820 and my Chet Atkins SST, my Boss GT-6 Multi Effects Processor and my Marshall Ministack amp.
Great Day Eh? Time to go and raid the liqour cabinet.
