rain.
we just got a shitload of rain that the weathercasters didn't call for today. we must have gotten at least 2 inches.

what is up with your sleep? You sound as bad as me. Iknow I am sleep deprived. Here are a few things people tell me to do
1)-Try to set the same time every night to sleep and get up same time every morning.
2)-Exercise before bed
3)-don't do anything in your bed besides sleep(well maybe sex) but they mean stuff like watch tv, read etc. Leave your bed for sleeping only.
4)-avoid alcohol or cafein before bed
also when you lose sleep, you can make it up. they say to go to bed earlier the next night. Never sleep late.
I have been sent alot of articles on this. I can forward them to you.
I totally relate cause I can't sleep no matter how tired I am. I could be exhausted, but if I go to be early, I will only wake up that much earlier so I force myself to stay awake till my appointed bed time.
I just wish I could sleep straight through the night instead of getting up 2-3 times. I go to bed between 11-11:30PM and get up at 4:30AM. I don't sleep that many hours though which is what sucks. Yet somehow I function.

I love rain, except the last time it rained here (Tuesday, I think) power went out all over the city, and the rich part of the city got it back within a half hour, but the rest of us were stuck for upwards of 24 hours. Then the morning after power was back, it went out again for a couple hours. It sucked.

Nikki's sleep is soooooooooooooooo frucked up. None of those would ever help her. The exercise one makes me laugh the most
