So Halo 3 Beta. Who's in on it?

I've played it with Neil. He's badass at that game.

I'm glad I don't have to load crackdown to play it. I heard it's annoying having to go through that every time, just to load the beta.

I don't have cause I don;t like Halo very much.


Plus I don't wanna shell out the cabbage for crackdown just to get the beta.

Plus I don't even know if I even need to buy crackdown in order to get the beta.

And I don't even know if it can be downloaded of of xbl and even if it is, I probably couldnt get it cause I lack the pointages.


And I forget what I was going to say next.

I actually want to play some gears to try out the new maps, but I lack the points! :*(**

The new Gears maps are pretty cool. I like Subway. It's raining the whole time. Gives it a really cool feeling. Garden is neat because you have to pull switches to turn off poison gas to get at the good weapons. Bullet Marsh is huge and it's really dark. I like it, but I still don't know my way around. The last map is called Process. It's like a giant metal factory or something. It's all blue tinted. It's not a bad map I guess. Nothing special though.

Oooooooh! The subway map sounds pretty badass, we're totally going to have to play sometime soon!


I wanna try the Halo 3 beta, for some odd reason, but I cant jusify spending the cabbage on crackdown,

i don't think it's worth it, unless you also like crackdown.

Go rent 'effin Crackdown, Johnny. Even if you only have it for several days; you can play the beta with myself and Landon.

Send it to microsoft asap. Assuming it's still under warranty. They did extend their warranty period for a full year, so I'd send it in.

I got an extended warranty from Futureshack, so I'll take'er tomorrow. It should take 1-2 weeks.

My 360 died a week or so ago. Unfortunately my warranty was long expired. I guess that's what you get for buying a console the week of its release. Bugs.

how do you plan on playing if your 360 is dead?

Also, your gamertag on my friendslist is different than smay! but i remember you used smay from the old Halo 2 days.

Futureshack can kiss my fat, white irish ass. I spent $500 on a 360, plus I bought their two year warranty plan. So the total came to around $630(with tax). I was told that if anything happened to my machine, all I would have to do is bring into them and they'll fix it. So I brought it into the store today and they said they won't fix it because it I haven't owned it for a whole year. And they also said if they touched it, microsoft would get mad at them.

That is fucking bullshit. I spend that much money in their store and they don't even have the decency to repair my machine. Filthy twats.

Anyways, I called Mircosoft and their tech guy even said that Futureshack should've honoured their warranty since i spent that much on one of their products. Well, in the end, microsoft is going to replace my console with a new one, so its all good. But once I get my new console, I'm seriously thinking about returning it to the store for a full refund, if at all possible.
