I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

I went solo
So unbelievably awesome
Perhaps this fall I'll fly a Cessna 172 to New York and steal Kimmy and Rob and Boots (provided she's there) and bring you guys up to Canada with me. It's 100% feasible, you know. Only a couple hours each way

i need more sleep.
like 24 more hours of sleep.
i think when i get home at 9, i'm gonna sleep.
tomorrow i have to babysit my friend's cousins because my friend's sister is getting married and i'm NOT looking forward to it.
they're like 1 and 2 yrs old and they don't know me, so i know they're gonna freak out and cry for a while.

Okay, this is kinda freaky...
I had a really bad headache at work today, but of course had nothing to take for it. [actually, it was sort of a migrane, I get mild ones now and then]. Not surprisingly for me, I got Story of 100 Aisles stuck in my head for the rest of the day (primarily the slightly changed line "This is pain, this is fucking pain!"). Then, I got home and finally pop two Motrin, and took a shower (after telling my mom about my headache). Then, just now, she came home from a walk, and had bought a small pack of pills for me to carry with me just in case. And I think you know what kind they were. ANACIN! It's weird because I've never had Anacin before, and didn't even know it was still around.

Rob:
For the first few days of camp my friend Mark got this awful headache and nausea and stiffness and he was convinced he had West Nile and that they were going to send him home. He consumed two bottles of advil and lots of powerade and now he's fine!

Impressive. I could only hope to take two bottles of advil over the course of two days and NOT DIE.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.
