It's gooooooood. It's basically dough spread out in pizza shape (round and flat

), with Chinese type vegetables in it (actually in the dough)... mostly green onions, then it's fried and cut into pizza shaped wedges (triangles

), and you dip it into a brown oniony sauce. So good.
Wow... finding a picture of it was hard. Maybe it's not common other places, but all the Chinese places around here have it.

oh and also, it looks yummy and I've never seen it. I even worked in a Chinese restaurant and we didn't serve it.

That looks an awful lot like a "panzerotti."

mmm, i just had tomato soup with basil and parmesan cheese, a black forest ham and swiss cheese open sandwich, and soon i'll have some beautiful, creamy chocolate cake.
