this time i showed you.
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

Wow, it's official I have been up for 36 hours straight. I woke up at 9:30 am yesterday in Rochester, New York before seeing the greatest concert of my life last night. I stayed awake throughout the whole 8 hour car ride from 1:00 am to 9:00 am. THEN, I had to freaking work from 5-9 so I couldn't go to bed or I wouldn't wake up. And now I'm not even tired.

6 and a half on the way there (we didn't go through Canada), because we didn't stop. 8 on the way back because the people who were driving were almost falling asleep at the wheel so we had to pull over a couple of times.

Well, you've got me there... I've never tried it.
But, I prefer the more sedimentary geek life.
