Its the opposite end of town so it's a little ways away from george street.

There are appartments like across the street from it (but they are the welfare crowd so you may not want to go there  ) If you don't want to go with those appartments there are all kinds of basment appartments in that area and all over town for that matter (MUN kids rent them out) so you really won't have a problem finding a place to live.

There are a couple of bus routes that stop off right in front of converges so transportation shouldn't be an issue! :)

VERY MUCH SO.

you'll go whale watching once and then get board. :P The real fun is getting a fire going on the beach and having a camp out and stuff....best kind man!

snowboarding is good. White hills is close and Marble mountain is amazing. Though my sister just tore up her knee skiing so I'm probably not going to go near that.

You'd have to adjust to the weather though! heh. We are the fog capital of the world. FOG. *shutter* I've seen it snow, rain, hail and then become really sunny all in one day. :wtf:

How far away is Marble Mountain? I heard that's one of the best ski resorts in North America ... that's exciting :D

Ew I hate fog .. fog makes my hair frizzy

But it's the home of GREAT BIG SEA  do you ever run into them randomly? that'd be hilarious .. i think the one thing i'd miss would be the lack of bands that tour out there ..

Yes I do. I see them in like the supermarket and stuff all the time. its great. The guy that left has played at my school more then once this year cause he graduated from there. Last year at the OLP concert Alan Doyle was on the side behind the security thing cause he had a backstage pass. My friend got sick during the concert and ran into him (literally) and nearly threw up on him. But her family is friends with them so he actually knew her. Which is just crazy.

Marble mountain is on the other side of the island. Its on the west coast and St. John's is on the east. Its only about a day's drive out there thought. You'd need a long weekend to go out but it is so worth it. Its fantastic out there!
...Sam Roberts play in the lodge like last week I think....and Much Music has had Snow Jam (or whatever its called) there more then once.

Fog makes your hair frizzy?

Thats reallly not good. Really. :uh:

okay its like 2 in the morning, I'm going to bed.
