I'm waaaaaaaay ahead of you. It's been uninstalled since the day I first installed it. Heh. I'm just sticking with DC++, WinMX, and Kazaa Lite... forever.

Can no one help me?

You asked this on the hub like a week ago, and I told you already.

But... you have to hold down shift while the cd loads on your computer. That's it. It should work. Worked for me, anyway. You just have to make sure you hold down it at the right time.

So is there any special program I need?

Nope. Just whatever software to copy the cd... but I'm assuming you already have that.

No... I don't think that'll work... though, maybe they added a cd burning feature... but I doubt it has cd copying capabilities. I dunno, I try to stay away from that stupid bloated evil program.

That should work.

I'd explain how to use it to you, but I've never used it. I use Sony CD Extreme (which came with my first CD burner and I love).

It's not on the Add/Remove programs list or the Add/Remove Windows Components either!

Yeah, okay, I had the same problem a while ago, too.
There are kinda 2 things you can do... One is to simply disable it, which I really, really recommend. The other is to actually go into the registry and delete it... but that will probly fuck up your computer somehow, and, well, shit will probly keep happening.
What I did was...
Close everything that was running
(like MSN, Windows Messenger, Outlook Express, etc...) --> Start --> Run --> put
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection%windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove in the 'Open:' box --> click OK
...and the problem was solved for me.
i tried that but i got an error, "Error in advpack"
oh well
