How can you possibly like anything she writes?!
Reading her stupid books actually made me angry at the author for writing such an uncreative and whiny book. I was offended as a women that another women had written this, and I was more offended as a women that I was supposed to relate to it. I have to analyze and write an essay on the handmaidens tale and I'm seriously concidering writing an essay on why it should be banned from being taught in any education forum ever again. Her writing is not only horrific, it sets womens lib back 50 years. It is overall unconvincing, unbased, not believiable and not in the least way deep or emotional.
I am actually excited to go into class and tell my prof what a terrible book it was and why. I plan on making notes on how bad it is.

I read The Handmaid's Tale last semester for my ISP. I thought it was well written but it didn't engage me at all.
