It is a good movie. Total chick flick, but I don't mind it completely.

It helps to have seen the first two to get more into it, because you don't give a crap about what the character's going through, or why he's doing what he's doing if you haven't seen the other movies. However, the movie is still actually really good by itself, a lot of good action and a very easy to follow storyline compared to the extremely complicated story of Supremacy. So it won't be difficult to pick up on what's going on if you haven't seen the others.

Be wary though, Paul Greengrass needs to learn to use a tripod, a lot of people felt nauseous because of the shaky camera movements during simple dialogue scenes.

i agree, watch the first two. not only do you understand the story better, but you also get to enjoy two very awesome movies.

i forgot almost all of the first two. but even though i forgot most of them, it definitely helped to have the base knowledge. and hell, it's such a good trilogy, you're not losing anything by watching the previous ones.

i was one of those people that felt nauseous. and dizzy. the shitty shaky camera stuff was the only bad thing about the movie, really.

blah. i went to two different video stores and neither had supremacy. i've seen the first one though. i guess i am just gonna have to watch the new one, then watch supremacy.
