A lot of time and effort has and is going into making these shows very special in every sense of the word. As a fan myself I can tell you that I would drop the 2 bills in a heartbeat, it will be a night you will never forget.

As for what the extra stuff will be, well you gonna have to wait and see - but i can tell ya this, every OLP fan will love it ;)

Thanks for answering my question, i figured it wouldn't be the same second set. I'm really lookin foward to this.

Honestly, for myself, that is one of the last songs I've never seen them play live (aside from all the Clumsy and Spiritual Machines tracks that I've always wished for) that I really really wish to get a chance to see. I think it's one of their strongest songs and sadly not played enough.

I can tell you one song nobody has asked for.

Talk Is Cheap. I do not even remember how that went. Only they did it on the Tour with Avril..

No Warning was only done at 3 or 4 shows. I did like that one though.

oh as for Not Afraid.
What version. There are 3 different ones

Europe
Juno
Studio

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KCtRFxcc_lc

I was here. OMG it was such a surprise. They were suppose to play Innocent but did this instead. What is funny is if you can see you will see that the video for Innocent is playing

We saw Raine and asked him why the change of songs. He said they did not feel like playing Innocent.

Oh, I don't care if I don't get VIP tickets. There's no way in hell I can afford a $200 ticket. But, if I do start to hear back from people who went to shows with VIP tickets, and the feedback is positive, I won't rag on the VIP tickets anymore. Heck, I may have something positive to say if there's good feedback.

So..it doesn't matter at all if it's too late to get VIP tickets. I just hope that I'm proven wrong about them.

I think the VIP tickets/packages are good for fans who never saw teh band upclose. Never met them and want something to remember the show by..

if you break it down.
Concert tickets run about $100 or more a show now. Rare anything cheaper then that.

The book-which lets say is like a tour book can run between $15-$30

Poster can run about $10.00

laminates can run about $10 also

plus you met the band. It is worth it if you look at it that way.

TW do you know if they will sell the book seperate at the show. Tell them they should so those who did not get the VIP can maybe get it. Thanks.

You heard rumblings about NOT AFRAID!>!>!

As I said, I would gladly donate $100 to War Child or whoever they want if they can pull out the Juno Not Afraid.

I think requests for charity are an awesome idea!

Push this idea, TW! And push even harder for Not Afraid!

No, I've never been to Toronto. I was invited for the private show at the start of the 2005 tour but since I was a poor college student at the time there was just no way I could make it. I have only seen the band 2 times in Oregon in 2002, 3 times (Victoria and Vancouver) in 2006, and now 2 times in California in 2009. Next I guess will be Victoria in 2010. I guess to keep up with the pattern after that I will have to see them a few times in Mexico in 2012???

We can fly down with the butterflies. I hope both of us make it to Victoria.

1. I never saw OLP with you and Kim
2. Our seats are good and
3. We have to be there.

why not just wait until you hear something negative before you hate? You know, just be positive? Its much healthier and in reality it;s kinda silly to hate on something you have not seen or know very little about.

Anyways im pretty pumped up for this tour!! And as a fan having some input with all the little details is great - a lot of time and energy is going into this tour to make these shows really special for everyone who attends them :)

oh and to clear the air this is not some cheap run of the mill tour book, this is a nice hard cover coffee table book with content that very few people have ever seen - and as for the posters, well i cant say much about them but i can tell ya its not something you can run down to walmart and print off for a nickle ;)

Come on now people, would you really expect anything less from OLP? sheesh ;)

This topic is booming, and it hurts my eyes to read so much at once off of a computer screen.

Ahah, Riley, I guess you'll see me there. Mind you, I may be hard to pick out... fourteen in age, not in spirit or appearance... or so I've been told! How old are you anyways? Kinda creepy if we met up... we'll probably meet up somehow anyways, but y'know. Just write "CM" on your hand, and we will know.

I'm really disappointed that I won't get to see the SM show! SM is my favourite album, and although I'm incredbly excited to see Clumsy, I just wish I could experience SM as well. When SM stuff comes on my iPod now, I get excited, and then sad. "OH! Oh... I won't get to see this probably..." I mean, there's so many amazing songs on that album I'd LOVE to see... TWF, All My Friends, Right Behind You (Mafia), Everyone's a Junkie, Are You Sad?, If you Believe.... everything.

Then again, 4am came on my iPod, and I got really emotional when I started to think about how I'll be experiencing that live. As well as Carnival.

I'm actually really stoked for the poster, haha... I have band posters in my room, and OLP is sadly not well represented, seeming as their posters aren't the easiest to come by, unless it's through the Internet.

Although, thanks to Gail, I have a promo shot and a huge-ass OLP sticker in my room!

negative = price

Thank you for describing in more detail what the poster and book consist of, though. That helps, and sounds much less poopy now.

Oh, and Gail...Regular tickets are only about $50 for this tour (a thank you for that one, by the way, to whoever priced the tour). And you can get tickets within the first 5 rows without the VIP price...so your calculations are a bit funny, considering tickets are half the price you stated in your post. That's why I'm a bit disgruntled with the VIP pricing, because the other tickets are rather well priced, and much less than VIP.

I did not say OLP tickets are $100. I said concerts tickets in general, and other things you buy at shows. Tour books, posters etc.

TW I was just giving examples on how the VIP is not really that bad.

You know for another band I love the VIP packages are $600 and all you get is higer price seats( not really the best in my book) SOme food and drinks and that is it. YOu do not even get to meet the band or any merchadise from it.

Compared to other packages from other bands the OLP one is reasonable and you seem to get alot for it..

Shanae let's not forget y ou got two things signed by Raine also..
