With a video like this, the shorter the better.

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

I just hate how the guitar intro's cut out. It's fine that it's a radio edit with a chorus or whatever cut out... but that intro is part of why I love the song.

Again..the guitar intro isn't that long. Whether you love the video or not, that doesn't take away from the fact that A/L/S is a great song...I still think it's a shame that they felt the need to chop that bit of the beginning out. :(
And if I don't make it known that
I've loved you all along
Just like sunny days that
We ignore because
We're all dumb and jaded
And I hope to God I figure out
What's wrong

anyone else notice the song is barely being played on the radio? i think i have heard it twice so far. edge 102 seems to keep playing where are you, or older stuff. like this morning, instead of playing als, they played one man army.

i heard them play oma too. 89x radio isn't even playing A/L/S either. They've only played it during the People's Choice, and since it lost over a week ago, it hasn't played at all. I kept thinking this was going to be a pretty big single, guess not.

That's just crazy. A/L/S should get LOTS more radio play than WAY. It's obviously getting some in Vancouver as Jenny Good used a lyric from it as a blog post title.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

I don't think she has the album, but you could be right about Much. I forget that music tv exists sometimes since i don't have it myself.

You JUST realized this?

Actually, I figured it all out.

See, a great wind came up which filled their parachutes, sending them into the air.

Where's the wind from, you ask?

Remember, this video BLOWS.
