and i know this is a movie about AMERICAN hockey, but when you're desperate for a hockey fix you need SOMETHING, and i absolutely loved the scene in Miracle when they lose that first game, and they stay afterwards and do the drill like 100 times.. and they're all falling over... and they all look so desperate and then that guy yells out. i felt for those boys.

you've willingly watched maricle and you still call yourself a Canadian hockey fan

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind: When Joel is masturbating in one of his memories.
"Humiliate, humilate...!"

End of Return of the King. Amazing. "We set out to save the Shire, Sam, and it has been saved...but not for me." :(

The Truman Show: When Truman gets to the edge of the world.

Disturbing: All of Full Metal Jacket. Esp. the bathroom and young female sniper scenes.

Most of Miracle was shot in Canada. I'm pretty sure someone from the Vernon team plays like some random guy on the Russian team. It's sorta Canadian *shrug*

*clears throat*

The Breakfast Club: when the door slams at the exact instant as John yells "FUCK."
Forrest Gump: "Run Forrest, Run!" So memorable.
Good Will Hunting: "I got her numba. How do ya like dem apples?
Dead Poet's society: The scenes leading up to Neil shooting himself. Oh, and the "Captain, my captain" part. Gawd.
Requiem for a Dream: The saw and the arm. It's just too horrible.

Its hard trying to think of movies. I'll probably add some later.

that and: "Tell the professor, sorry, I had to go see about a girl."

sweetest movie moment: when adam sandler is singing to drew barrymore on the plane in the wedding singer. i cry like a baby everytime.

saddest: The Crow city of angels: when Ashe is falling in the water to get his death kid. he swim out of it with him in his arms and burry him.

action: AZUMI. All the scenes, especially when she KILLS 200 man.

funniest: fear and loathing in las vegas - most scenes but especially the one with the last drug, ahhah. High fidelity.

disturbing : Ichi the killer title scene :wtf: Naked lunch has some as well.

beautifull: most of the scenes of garden state, I love the scene where he has to chose between going or staying at the end. Represented so well with the escalator. WOW. Before sunrise . Before sunset.

there is much more......

greatest death scene ever: Platoon. When Dafoe's Character gets left beind and all the guys are rushing him and he drops to his knees and raises his hands up to the chopper and "adagio for strings" is playing in the background and when he falls the chopper goes right over him. not to sounds like carl from ATHF but FREAKING AWSOME!!!!!

a very close second is braveheart's william wallace death scene. where he yells out FREEDOM!!!!!!

in terms of tearing up: (i don't cry) when heebish's dad dies by the river in his son's arms in braveheart

baddest assed scene ever: once again platoon when that one guy is like i want to leave, i got a bad feeling about this one and Tom Berringer's character looks at him and goes "Everyboda gotta die Jim"

yeah platoon and braveheart are awsome movies.

here are some of my faves...

Teacher: Your current event, Napoleon.
Napoleon Dynamite: Last week, Japanese scientists explaced... placed explosive detonators at the bottom of Lake Loch Ness to blow Nessie out of the water. Sir Godfrey of the Nessie Alliance summoned the help of Scotland's local wizards to cast a protective spell over the lake and its local residents and all those who seek for the peaceful existence of our underwater ally.

------

Uncle Rico: What about your girlfriend?
Kip: Well, things are getting pretty serious right now. I mean, we chat online for, like, two hours every day so I guess you could say things are gettin' pretty serious.

------

Kip: I'm just really trying to raise a few bucks now so I can bring her out for a few days.
Uncle Rico: Yeah, well what does she look like?
Kip: She's uh... she's got sandy blonde hair. She's uh... pretty good looking face, but I'm just getting really... just kinda TO'd because... I mean she hasn't even sent me a full body shot yet.
