Yeah, well, he probably did rape her. He won't go to jail though. If it were a different black man, however, he'd be in jail already.
And I'm not stupid, rape is worse than having pot. But getting caught with half ounces of weed three times, well, that's pretty bad and would send anyone to jail.

i belive there once was, before people "evolved" and someone though of a bunch of crap for people to discriminate against or decided that because someone was famous they were better than the average person who isn't, bottom line there was a time many many years ago before civilization evolved

just because kobe has a hot wife doesn't mean he didn't rape her!! there are people out there with hot husbands/wives/boyfriends/girlfriends and for some unknown reason they cheat while others don't, a lot of rapists have entire families, wife, children and they still rape people, what makes kobe so different?

Before there were famous people there were the people who had more land, more money, and more power. They too could get away with whatever they wanted.
I don't know I've watched some of the stuff on this and I think they are both guilty. He probably did sleep with her, but she seems pretty shady herself.

i agree with that. look at halle berry. she's beautiful and yet, her husband cheated on her.
some people just have this weird sex obsession where they have to have sex all the time, or with other people.
