Yes but now you're trying to make a point by complaining about other threads that you personally believe are repetitive while (here I'm making an assumption, this is where I might be wrong) you don't believe yours was repetitive. Well, maybe most of us don't think those other threads are repetitive. I have no idea about the Matt Good thread(s) because I don't care and don't read them.

obviously i was making a point asking that other threads be closed. I obviously don't find the MG one repetitive look at my avatar and sigs, i'm a large part of the politics.

As Nikki said, your one thread got deleted by accident. That was my fault and I apologize. It was going to be locked, because it was the stating of the exact same thing that most every thread on this forum becomes. I saw no need to beat a dead horse yet again. You, Robbo, Alan, Rob, and countless others have already expressed your distaste for Gravity, OLP's current musical direction, and the band itself in 20 or so other threads. It's horrilbe because they are so negative that no one wants to read it anymore. The Matthew Good threads and the Villanova thread at least are positive for the most part. As far as titling a thread "stay out gravity lovers" or whatever, how childish is that? It's the equivalent of a sign on a kid's door that says "Sean's room, STAY OUT." Basically, you might as well have told everyone to come in and read it. Because everyone who still enjoys the band will go read what you have to say, regardless if you told them to stay out or not. Plus, you are intelligent enough to know that for whatever negative things you had to say, and no matter how respectfully written, those people are going to feel compelled to write something in their defense. And you know this. Basically, it becomes a taunt. That's when I see it as starting trouble, and that is why I was going to lock the thread.
Back to Naveed, it's a great album. But for me, it's still not my favorite. Julia, Naveed, and Hope are my favorites. I enjoy Hope the best when it's used in combination with Teardrop.
