he's not well liked right now by a lot of people. 1/3 of a billion defecit as well. his solution... cut almost 700 city jobs... make the city worse looking, less functionable as it can possibly be.

let me guess...republican?

it's easy to remove a deficit.....cut all programs by 1.5%. a city as big as detroit, that should cover the deficit and make all operations function well. then by the 5th year or so, you have a surplus. then the good times roll.
