i eat like a pig. i try to gain weight as much as i can. i run almost every day in the morning. i weigh fricken 122 lbs?!?! How can i not gain weight? I mean, ive heard of fast metabolism, but this just isn't right. I eat as much as I can, and I haven't gained a pound since like grade 9?!? I've gotten taller, but skinnier. Sheesh.

i have HORRIBLE eating habits!

i'm one of those guys that was always skinny and just eats and eats, and neer gains a pound. I know for a fact that i'm probably wrecking my heart but i can't stop myself. Luckily i've still kept my high metabolism.

As for exercise, i used to get plenty, but now i don't even walk a block to work, which is very sad :uh:. But i DO swim 8 Km a week so i like to think that i'm at east doing something. I used to be pretty skinny and pasty, but of late thank god i've filled out. I'm still not buff or anything but i have that lean semi-muscular swimmer body at least now.

I'm pretty sure with my eating habits though that i'll end up being the really fat guy at the class reunion 20 years from now, cause my eating habits are going to catch up with me as soon as my metabolism soon.

holy shit i did the same thing, but i think it was in 5th or 6th grade

now for my diet/health I only eat when i am bored or it is meal time, and when I am bored i eat a shit load of junk food, altho lately i have been doing better and eating mor fruit and vegies. When I start eating I won't stop, I could probly continually eat for a couple hours. I don't eat fast-food any more, only subs. and for exercise, i do a shit load of walking in school, but when i get my bike fixed I will be out on that everyday for at least 2 hours a day and i will eat healthier, all to lose like 45 pounds, about 20 kilos for those on the metric system.

Lately, I've been really weird. During the past 2 weeks, I've almost completely lost my appetite, and I'm almost always so very thirsty, and I'm always so very tired, too. Anybody have a clue what's wrong with me?

you need to go out and do something. when you don't do anything your body doesn't burn up food, so you don't need to eat. when your constantly excersising, and your doing stuff, then you'll be hungry again.

I'd get my blood sugar checked. Being thirsty and tired all of the time could mean you have a problem with that.

:uhh: That doesn't seem right, because I am relatively active. I go jogging almost every day around the block, and I play soccer with a team 3 or 4 times a week.

I just realized that yeah, diabetes does actually run in my family. (although I don't have to pee a lot.) I just totally forgot about that.

I've been kinda trying to link it all to stress, but then again, what stress? Hehe. I'm gonna head on over to the dotor tomorrow. Thanks, you guys. :)

So, I'm not a diabetic. ( :D ) But a possible lack of iron/other minerals... full, in-depth blood sample results to come next week.
