If I did an OLP room .First off I have a Canadian Flag up, and I put up rare things in frames that meant something to me. I don't know if I want my wall painted like that.-form In Your Space. If I did , probably be stuff from SM since that has so many possibilities in imagery. I wouldn't want a whole room just one wall or section. I would have U2 on one side, OLP on the other. When they did the stuff down here it was more or less what the star would have. If this was filmed like Rock the House they might do something like have a guitar made into a table/ or bar. Can you see having one of the Black Yamaha's?-sweet. Maybe a chair that one of the guys has in their own personal homes-maybe a hobbie or something. With the Goo Goo Doll one they had a Pez Collection in glass cause one of the members collected them. They also always had a personal item from the star. With OLP I can see something like Raine's handwritten lyrics autographed in a frame. That would be sweet. Things like that.

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

Ok.....just watched it.

Things that boggle my mind:

1) HOW WAS THAT GUY 14! He looked about 18!

2) Is it me, or does every room they redo have those weird silver check mark shaped shelves to begin with....thats a little too coincidental for my liking.

I thought the room was good though....I liked the naveed inspired wall.

Guy: Her locker's down the hall, I've counted 17 from mine.
Girl: Does he see me? Does he even know that I'm close by?
Guy: We're in the hallway, always at half past nine.
Girl: Would he ever get to know me? Would he take the time?

I cannot say I was impressed. I don't know why there was so much emphasise on "Canadiana" crap when steve is from the states...It was like they didn't know what else to do. the Naveed symbols were pretty cool. I don't think they realized that they tied "life" and "naveed" together on one wall, and the band plays it as one song. heh. I'm a nerd. and the kid really didn't seem 14. very young in my opinion. I guess they have to live with their parents so they have their permission to mess up the room while he isnt there.

i scanned the liner notes (with a little help from melissa  ), made them huge (surprisingly it didn't kill the quality at all) and then printed them onto glossy photo paper (a good printer is a must)... cut and taped to the wall... i am in love with it :P

The quality of service at much, my friends, is going bye-bye

I don't think one good thing has happened since Sook-Yin left, and that was years ago :( (Well, maybe so 90s, but thats about it). All the good VJs have left. Seriously, my life is passing me by. I remember when Nam started off at much, in fact I was actually watching on her first day. Now she's leaving, Rainbow's already left and Bradford How is gone too

All the good Vjs have left, cept George. *sigh*, i miss everyone. :(

where the hell do these random olp fans keep popping up here from? i've lived here for 7 years and have so far only met 4 actual fans. i've never seen the guy before, but his g/f apparently lives right behind our house lol

i think they did a fair job of covering *most* of the cds. naveed has the naveed-inspired wall. if there was something clumsy-ish, i must've missed it, but there were fish chimes hanging from the ceiling, which i thought was really clever as a happiness thing. the random arrows i took as sm-related. must've missed the gravity-related stuff, or don't remember.

hmmm. this explains why i saw jenn the vj in the saskatoon inn when we went to a wedding there, and my brother saw rainbow. i guess they were staying there.

WOAH back that up! Nam AND Brad are leaving?!?!?!? :(
Nam was sweet! And Brad although stupid was funny......meh i never became attached to Rainbow, but seriously this is hell! At least they still have the best VJ since creation, George. If George leaves i'll discontinue watching anything on much.

PS I HATE Amanda Walsh!!!!!!!!!! She's like i Retarded Candy Cane, Flower Puff Puppy Dog. Not to mention not only does she act like an 11 year old, but she also has the personality and valid points of Algae

I'd also like to add THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL THAT KID IS 14!!!!!!!!!!

The OLP one is when the guy gets to go see them at Summersault. He gets to sit down and talk to the guys, meet a shitload of other bands, sit ON STAGE for the show and hear two new songs (which would later make it on SM).

8O *jealous* We had something sort of like that... I forget what it was called... but the person got to interview whatever band for about 10 seconds (and it was obviously questions that MTV had given the "fan" to ask, cos they were things that any fan would already definitely know ). It was terrible.
