That really doesn't explain the Mafia part in the title.

Raine has explained openly, in interviews, what mafia meant as a part of that title, but its too late for me to ponder up that information for you..........

Before "Mafia", Raine was talking about how it was "always called Mafia, it was never anything else... just kidding", then said something about how they "felt the song title should have some words that are actually in the song".

There ya go, that simple. Pretty funny. Though... it still doesn't really explain the whole "Mafia" thing. Oh well, I tried.

Wasn't RBY originally called Spirit Mafia or something like that? And then they changed it to RBY but left the Mafia part in. I think.
