I call the item with the sticks either an ice pop or a popsicle. And I call those tube thingies FlavorIce, because that's the usual brand I see 'em in.

funny how we argue about these things. once in my english class we fought almost the entire period about whether Celtic is pronounced Keltic or Seltic.

Otterpop is a brand they sell here. Each flavor has a different otter on it. Like, pink is the girl otter. Or something. It's been awhile since I had one.

Mr. Freeze is a brand they have in Ohio. It's got a snow man on the box. I assume he is THE Mr. Freeze.

But they don't really have a generic name.

If you live in a barn or in a dark hole you might not call them freezies, but then, you just don't count anyway...
