NOPE! They haven't played Calgary in almost THREE years. Well unless you count the club tour, which i couldn't get tickets too..

well, he was in starbucks with chantal.... it was 4 years ago or so.... maybe 5 or 6, actually. it was in the west end of toronto. my dad recognized him, and was like hey, my daughters a big fan of yours..... and he got an autograph for me that said "TO TASHA" and everything, but my FUCKER OF A STEPMOTHER threw it out. im so pissed about it.
but they talked about music, and stuff... apparently. but ISNT THAT SO COOL?! to just... GO to starbucks and meet RAINE MAIDA!!!!! BAH!!!!!!!!!. i would explode. or something. he probably doesnt just GO OUT like that anymore though.. hed get flocked.

and on another note, steven paige was at my friends jewish thingy... i forget what its called. but one of my friends is a HUGE BNL fan, and she FLIPPED when she heard.... lol. i hate stories like this. stupid people in the right places at the right stupid time.

I don't know about that. Is anyone else picturing Best Buy banners and logos all over the stage? This is more corporate event marketing than a big "thanks to Canada" concert.

However, I'll be positive. Whatever the motives are, this is a fantastic event for Toronto fans. Not having to pay $40-or-so for a ticket is not a big deal to each of us individually, but booking the ACC for a Friday night during hockey and basketball season ain't cheap. Somebody is taking a hit on this, and I thank them.

I'm going to see Great Big Sea in Montreal in one month and one day from now. And if I can swing it, I'd like to see OLP in Montreal as well. I can't seem to hit any concert they've played in my area in the States.

And I'd like to add that even though I usually have to pay for a plane ticket to various Canadian places (I've gone by car to Montreal, Ottawa and Saint John), concert ticket prices are NICE to this American.
