Gah! KISS is horrible.
WBCN and WAAF are the best. Then 101.3 the alternative or something like that is alright as well.

I lied to you all. OLP in LA was not my most recent concert.
I saw Bob Dylan in Worcester two days after that...........so that would be the most recent.

First: Sharon, Lois, Bram and the Elephant Show (sometime in my early childhood, like 87 or 88, probably)

Most Recent: hmm...Toledo- 7-12-02 and of course Detroit- 9-18. I have Dashboard Confessional tickets too..for 10-18

Worst: I guess I would have to say the 89x birthday bash. That was my 1st OLP concert. I was too afraid to be in the front (freaked out by Jo-Ann's talk about the mosh pits), so I was in the middle of the crowd. I couldn't see ANYTHING, and all the people around me (with the exception of a few) were not even singing or looking mildly excited. They just stood there. Oh yeah, and I lost my friend for 5 hrs too. That was bad. And I got dehydrated.

Best: Birmingham Meet and Greet. That was so fun because I got to meet the band for the first time...that was when Steve told me he has a friend with my name and he and I "clicked" Oh yeah, and I got to meet Diana, Steph, Alan and Michael, which was pretty cool That would definitely be the most memorable concert for me.

I really haven't gotten into concerts until this year. I've never felt so passionate about a band until OLP, and the St. Andrews concert sold out in like 3 minutes or whatever. Before that, I was like 15 years old and my mom probably wouldn't let me go to a concert, and my friends didn't like OLP, so I wouldn't have anyone to go with.
HARDCORE!!!

OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you
until now because when I think on
a scale of one to ten you're like YWELVE.
No, seriously?

I <3 my HLP!!!!!

first: Same as Bethany, the Elephant Show

most recent: Mw/oB

Best: GBS @ Nathan Phillips Square last winter. They were shpectacular and upbeat despite the fucking cold weather.

worst: Copyright/Sloan/Treble Charger/MGB @ Wonderland sometime last summer. Most of the bands looked like they REALLY did not want to be there, especially copyright who seemed to be downright pissed about being the openers.

I thought he was awesome. He's a pretty impressive guitarist. Plus he and Steve Page did "Lovers in a Dangerous Time".

First - some Beach Boys afternoon concert my parents dragged me to. I was about 7 and bored to tears.

Most recent - David Usher at Beachfest last week.

Best - U2 Elevation Tour at Copps Coliseum 10.13.01. Dave Matthews Band at Hersheypark 07.21.02 is a close second though.

Worst - Jimmy Eat World at Kool Haus 04.10.02 was boring. But the other two times I've seen JEW they were fantastic. So I dunno. Oh yeah - Blink182 was brutal, but I can't say it was a bad concert because Green Day was also on the bill and they saved the whole evening.

i would never have that a song that was basically just "woah oh oh oh oh" over and over again would be so damn cool

i can see how it would remind you...just because of the morphing. it's a little similiar in concept.
