I'm all about my sewing machine right now. I keep coming up with ideas, like making an Our Lady Peace quilt by getting all the OLP fans to send in squares and I would sew them all together and give it to the band.
But the band doesn't visit me, so that probably wouldn't work out too well.

you should make this as a quilt:

I sleep with OLP at night.

(I broke out the sewing machine I got for christmas today. This was the first thing I made with it.)
I bump because I can.
And lets get Nikki on that shirt project.

I was just gonna say that I could make that happen.
Someone post the full map again for me?
Also... it's too bad you didn't think of the quilt thing a few months ago.

That would've been a lovely addition to the anniversary project.

Thats what I was thinking too. If only I could do it for the Anniversary.
I could probably finish the whole thing by the time you went to the concert, but there isn't enough time to let people come up with squares and make them and send me in. Not by a long shot.
I was also thinking that I should actually make 4 quilts, one for each guy, but thats wayy too much work.

Well, one would work... they'd just keep it on the bus. It could keep them warm, inside and out.

Awwwwww.
Maybe we could design squares on our computers and post them? Then you could print them out on iron transfer stuff? That might turn out kinda cheap, though.

I was thinking of that too, but I'm not a big fan of iron-on's. They don't always work out well. I'd rather have people mail me ones and for people who couldn't, they could design something and I would make the square myself.

Yeah, same thing I was thinking about the iron ons. They never look good.
Stupid time limit!

Gah!
When are you giving the band the scrapbook anyway?

British Columbia, most likely. So... less than a month from now.

Ooohhh. Exciting.
Maybe I should do this anyway. There is definately going to be a string of tour dates that pop up after this tour like there always are. Its unlikely that they'll come here, but it would still leave an oppertunity for someone to deliver it.

I thought I posted this already but I guess I have to do it again.
Just want to be geographically correct, but the place you are pointing to on the map isn't Newfoundland, its Labrador. Newfoundland is the smaller island like place to the right.

I have a sewing machine too and would be quite happy to make another one if people sent me stuff.

actually, there was a civil war between newfoundland and labrador. after months of fighting, newfoundland triumphed and annexed labrador. it's all just newfoundland now.

Poor Sammy.
But yeah, I think I might do this. It would be fun. I'd have to organize everything and firgure out if I'm really able to finish it, and hope that I can deliver it but yeah.
Oh. I should probably learn to quilt too.
Project time!!
