that's very sad. since like, the right to petition is one of our oldest ones. like, an original right and all
people used to listen to other people, it's sad they don't anymore.
the majority people used to rule. now the majority wallets rule.

people never listened to other people. you still have the ability to petition. but, like always, whether or not a petition is sucessful depends on a lot of factors: who it's aimed at, whether it has jurisdiction, etc. petitions do nothing because few people know how to utilize them. others create them because they create a false sense of "doing something." it's a naive practice.
