high school was the greatest stage of my life. the parties. the sex. the mood swings. the drugs. ohhhh boy. even exams couldn't bog me down because the whole high school experience was just the bee's knees. still, i'm really looking forward to finding that significant other and settling down once and for all. i can't wait to start a family. raise kids. watch them grow up and enter high school themselves, which will certainly be the pinnacle of their lifetimes, as it was for me.

I would have beaten them all up, cause you know then you would have been within travelling distance, now it's kinda hard.

I was miserable in high school. I'd also like to add that high school is a lonely place for some.

Of course, after you're done you realize they aren't as close as you thought as you lose touch.
This happened to me in junior high
I agree that you can't really know what are going to be the best days of your life until you've lived for awhile, and you start looking back.

How about, for some people it's the best time of their lives and for others....not so much (ass kissing is completely unneccesary). I see where Jim is coming from, there is more outside the hallways of your highschool. I truely hope that's the case, and I hope that it isn't all down hill from here (because the peak just sucked ass). Thing with me is that I'm afraid that I'm not going to be moving on past highschool, I'm going to York but ALL of my (closest) friends are going too. I know that it's a big campus but two of them are taking residence too and we're all pretty much taking the same classes. Your highschool experience is relative to your own experiences. Personally, I enjoyed it. Especially the last year.
OH! Thanks for ALL the good vibes! (Though I'm almost certain I BOMBED the exam).

I never made any new friends in high school. I was (I can use past tense now!

) ignored or discluded by most. My school's known for being really elite and clique-y. That's not to say I didn't enjoy parts of it though. I stuck with my awesome friends from elementary school and just learned not to care so much about everyone else. I don't mind being the fly on the wall at all.

It isn't that bad at all, I'm sure you'll be fine. Just be careful the first few years and don't get involved with the wrong crowd.

oh no, i'm actually really excited for it

so many more opportunities open up. sports teams for example now compete with many other schools in toronto, and the seasons are all different.
