my orignal reponse was a bit too personal.. I canrelate though with all the pain.. I have been in bad shaope the last month as far as that goes.. I hate it.. I love to have one day without pain.. I have so many injuries form my teens and twenties that there will nothing left to injury by the time I am 60.
