Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

We even use the freshman-senior thing in university.

I am a perpetual junior, as I tell everyone.

And yes, junior is grade 11 here.

I geuss it really doesn't work like that in the US. You could still be taking a few classes that you missed and still be a junior or whatever. But if you were held back in middle or elementary school, then you just be behind a year of your normal class.

Grade nine isn't part of high-school here. it goes K-6, 7-9, 10-12.

pshaw. high schools in North Vancouver start at grade eight.

in my school, we call them grade eights.

nines and tens are juniors.

elevens are seniors.

twelves are grads.

oh, and there's no "middle school". it's K-7, 8-12.

oh, and another thing: the prom/grad/formal is more commonly known as the banquet. it's only for grads, but they're allowed to invite younger kids.
