Because it's always been a junior thing here. Seniors have a little cotillion or whatever, but it's not really a big deal. It's all about Junior Prom. Of course I wouldn't know cause I didn't go. But whatever. It's all lame anyhow.

That's so strange.
A lot of schools around here have junior and senior proms. We didn't. I'm glad. It makes your senior year so much more special.

freshman = 9
sophomore = 10
junior = 11
senior = 12

We don't have any of your crazy names in Ontario. We have "Intermediate" (9-10) and Senior (11-12)

yeah, i think it's an american thing.
9 = freshman
10 = sophimore
11 = junior
12 = senior
that's my guess anyway
