And why is cosmetic surgery shallow? Sure it's all in the name of vanity, but that doesn't mean a person's necessarily shallow, it's not like physical beauty is the most important thing anyway. Tell a doctor who can perform such surgeries that he's shallow for performing them because it's mostly used for vanity , then look at how much we've accomplished compared to a doctor...
