Aaaaaahahah I found that picture a few weeks ago on a GIS. I wondered the same thing.
Oh my god, there are these little iddy-biddy socks with the most adorable little giraffes on them at work.
You should buy them and put them on a stuffed animal or something.
I love stocking the baby stuff. It's so cute ahhhh.

I think it's just that reflective stuff they put on running/biking gear so cars can see you, reflecting in the flash of the camera.

i was bored during lunch, so i took a walk down to lonsdale quay and snapped a few craptastic pictures with my cell phone.

these are actually tugboats, but i was kinda far from them, and damn the railings:
no idea what this is, actually, but the sign is pretty:
