Ooooo.... Don't post Not Afraid or Talk Is Cheap. If people want it, they should get it over AIM or ICQ or whatever. If it's posted here, I'll be tempted to listen to it, and I don't want to hear it until the CD comes out... or maybe hearing it live in concert.
Some of you probably think I left. But was I ever here to start?

 new songs
"How can we justify spending so much on destruction and so little on life?" Matthew Good

"The white dove is gone, the one world has come down hard, so why not share the pain of our problems, when all around are wrong ways, when all around is hurt, i'll roll up in an odd shape and wait, untill the tide has turned.....with anger, i'm dead weight, i'm anchored"- IME, God Rocket (Into the Heart of Las Vegas) ^ Some say this song is about a terrorists thoughts before 911

"Pray for the sheep" Matt Good
"But it's alright, take the world and make it yours again" Matt Good

I felt it in the wind, and i saw it in the sky, i thought it was the end, i thought it was the 4th of July.

Ahah! Remember GASG?!?

That was fun.

I'm doing that again.

But we'll have to wait until we get a name before we come up with a new acronym.

That's snap your ass, spit on your face FANTASTIC! I honestly can't wait for the new album. Even though its going to be late 03/early 04 before we see it, its definitely worth all the anticipation now.

I wanna hear the new tracks all you Euro people get to hear! They best come somewhere near NY during the summer.

it sucks that they decided to debut their new songs over seas where OLP fans are practically non-existent(practically)

I think the whole point in it is to get a non bias reaction to the songs.

I think the reason they played the new songs first over here was that this was the first place they'd played shows after writing them. Nothing more than that. Raine seemed pretty keen to know what we thought about them after we'd heard them the first time in Brussels.

And I'm really sorry guys, but I didn't manage to record any of the shows. I didn't get a chance to buy anything to record them with and I wouldn't have been able to get anything recorded in London anyway cos I was squashed up on the barrier at the front (I was dead centre in front of Raine on Thursday night - it was amazing).

Hopefully they'll announce some US dates soon and someone will be able to record them there. It'll be interesting how the songs sound then. They're obviously still working on them and they sounded a bit different every night which was cool. Raine was singing different words to Not Afraid every night, though there would be bits the same some nights.

Also, one day this week the guys spent some time in a studio in London so maybe there will be more new stuff pretty soon.

Sorry again. Please don't hate me.
